How to Order
Ordering is easy, just follow these three simple steps:- Make your selection from our wide range of Bouquets and Arrangements.
- And either: Call us on +353 87 28 95 523 or Click the 'buy' button and fill in the details and click send.
- We will confirm your payment details and give you a confirmation order number.
We remain at your complete disposal for any additional questions you might having concerning your order or any other information you may require.
To ensure your satisfaction, we reserve the right to replace goods or packaging to equal value and quantity.
Important information
To process your order on time without delay, please make sure you follow these steps with respect to the recipients address
- For deliveries to hospitals, please indicate ward and room number whenever possible.
- For deliveries to hotels, please indicate room number and name of the guest(s).
Credit Card Payments
For your convenience we accept VISA, MASTERCARD and LASER. However the daily exchange rate will apply if you are charged in a different currency by your credit card company.
Order Receipts and Acknowledgements
When you order by telephone we will give you an Order number which is your proof of order and acknowledgement that the order has been processed.
When order online you will receive an online receipt which is your proof of order. When we have completed our order processing, you will receive a personal reply, which is our proof of acknowledgement that the order has been processed.
Deliveries and Home Deliveries
For same day deliveries to the Dublin area we will need to have had acknowledged receipt of the order before 1 pm Dublin local time.
If you wish to place a time-of-day delivery within the Dublin area, The order must be placed at least one working day before delivery date.
However for Same-day and Time-of-day deliveries, some variables may prevent a timely delivery from occurring after the receipt-of-order has been given to you. For example, incomplete recipient information, or recipient is not at the delivery address to receive the flowers.
Christmas, Valentine's and Mother's Day are generally the busiest flower giving times during the year, during these times it is always recommended placing the order well in advance.
We can not guarantee deliveries on Sundays and Public holidays. No deliveries can be made to campgrounds, military bases, boats, sea ports or airports.
Deliveries are subject to location and the management's discretion and may change without notice depending on the location of the delivery.
