Delivery information

For same day deliveries to the Dublin area we will need to have had acknowledged receipt of the order before 1 pm Dublin local time.

If you wish to place a time-of-day delivery within the Dublin area, will need to have had acknowledged receipt of the order must be placed at least one working day before delivery date.

However for Same-day and Time-of-day deliveries, some variables may prevent a timely delivery from occurring after the receipt-of-order has been given to you. For example, incomplete recipient information, or recipient is not at the delivery address to receive the flowers.

Christmas, Valentine's and Mother's Day are generally the busiest flower giving times during the year, during these times it is always recommended placing the order well in advance.

We can not guarantee deliveries on Saturday afternoon or on Sundays and Public holidays. No deliveries can be made to campgrounds, military bases, boats, sea ports or airports.

To ensure your satisfaction, we reserve the right to replace goods or packaging to equal value and quantity.

Delivery Status Inquiries

Please retain the receipt that is generated online or given over the phone, in the event that you need to refer to this information, as well as the personal response that you receive via e-mail once your order has been processed for delivery.

• The best way to determine if a delivery has met with your satisfaction is often to contact the recipient directly on the first business day after the scheduled delivery was to occur.
• The next best method is to e-mail us info@stemsofireland.com quoting your order number and recipient name, again, on the next business day after the scheduled delivery date. We will investigate the delivery status of your order and report back to as soon as possible.
• If you have any concerns regarding the delivery status of an order and require immediate feedback, please ring us on +353 87 28 95 523 on the first business day after the scheduled delivery date.

We will keep you informed throughout the process. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
